Here we are, at the end of the Digital Artefact. For Avero Photography I've fortunately found a passion for this digital presence and will hopefully continue as a side project. The last few weeks of Avero Photography were quite minimal in interaction, though it did have conclusive evidence of few theories regarding the interaction through Steller.
Pinterest Account
The pinterest account had the least amount of interaction throughout he whole process of the DA. This was met with a little disapointment though after thinking through its purpose, I concluded to pinterest not being the best platform to reach a bigger audience without using the promote option which means to elimate the #FIST element of this DA.
Although it estimated to reach 3Million people I opted to see what the pins will do without it get the raw results the impressions and saves.
The Website.
The Wix website continued uploading 3 new album collections of photographs. One matching the last steller addition 'Brewarrina' and the other two an impulse addition as I felt inspired to add them to the website.
Overall the website become a hub for all the photographs of Avero Photography, it was simple, informative of my passions as a photographer and had a description of why I enjoy the whole process of photography. Although it had minimal interactions I still believe it was a crucial a part of the Digital Artefact, and has inspired me to have a side project for this site to expand and become the main hub for all my photography.
Steller
Steller was most successful throughout the whole Digital Artefact. Overall it had 5 Collections which 3 of 5 had exceptional results when shared onto stellers Featured pages and the other 2 not so successful but seen to have some success when 'liked' by the steller account.
With more powerful promotion this steller account may have been more successful, however disregarding that the interaction with stellers help was remarkable. It was important to notice the significance of this interaction as without it the stories wouldnt have reached 5,000+ views.
With strong enthusiam from my tutor Peter, it was crucial to get to the bottom of whether this was controlled by a social media team for steller and if the stories had to reach a certain criteria to be added onto the featured pages or if was personal preference based on the social media team member. With that I emailed their support team and direct messaged them through instagram to hopefully get in touch with potentially the same social media team.
Unfortunately I had no luck with responses and with some research it was inconclusive of the answers to the questions.
Overall Avero Photography has become a semi-successful digital artefacts. With a few setbacks regarding lack of interaction it has been an informative process to understand the making of a digital presence and the importance of promotion and patience.
